Tim is one of the better thinking photographers out there. If I'm quiet and listen, he may do or say something that opens my eyes to seeing the world in a different way photographically. His wildlife work is always something to look at - he's one of the two guys I think of in Central Illinois when it comes to eagles, hawks, herons, swans, ducks, etc. He just captures the spirit of these animals and he isn't too shabby when it comes to the landscape either.
