He's a software designer. He has 51 flickr contacts but not a single testimonial. My guess is he does not approve them. So, if he approves it, here is the first one. Reading and listening are his bread and butter. Answers to your questions fall under 2 categories. 1. He knows the answer but changes the subject to test your knowledge and skill. Remain patient because the answer is worth waiting for. If you think he avoided the subject, you are wrong. Replay the tape several times. The answer is in there. 2. He does not know the answer, so enters an eternal browser mode searching for more information. (Imagine communicating with an endless loop which appears endless but is not.) Without realizing it, you find yourself back in category 1, but not until he has shown you the benefits of a category 2 conversation. That's the way it is when code is your easiest language.
