I am more of an old fashioned type. I thoroughly enjoy baking and cooking and cake decorating. I have been baking since I was about 10 and haven't stopped since. Its important to me that my cakes not just be pretty, but that they taste amazing and have ingredients I would eat myself. There is just something about mixing, baking and decorating a cake that is so fulfilling for me. Its my passion!
