I am an enthusiastic hobby photographer with a passion for wildlife, especially birds, butterflies and bugs. I love the challenge of capturing something new without having to venture too far afield. It's amazing what you can find on your doorstep if you just take the time to look. Many of the shots in my photostream were taken in our garden in Lincolnshire.

I use a Nikon D3300 with either the Nikkor 18-55mm kit lens, a Nikkor 55-200mm or more often than not Sigma APO DG 70-300mm Macro. I may crop, brighten or colour boost in Nikon Picture Project. .
