The power of visuals to drive our thoughts to unknown destinations has always been apparent to me. In a highly sensitive society, with an over bleached attitude on appearance, the true grit of real life is masked or hidden when it should be revealed and exaggerated in all its natural glory. Through school & travel, fiction gives way to fact, innocence dies with experience gained, artificials are replaced by naturals to reveal the all important truth. The truth is my art is grimey in all aspects, amateur eyes looking through an unimpressive camera with ignorant editing. There is, however, power in the truth.
