I am a classically trained character artist. Father of two girls which means occasionally I will show up at work with glitter in my hair and my toe nails may be painted shiny metallic blue. I hike, camp, and work out. I used spend huge amounts of time in and on and under the water (have sailed through the Panama Canal and Carribean, and have been an Advanced Openwater Diver since I was 14) and someday we will get you back to that. I lived far too long in Roswell, New Mexico and may glow in the dark because of it, and I actually sent myself to military school, which I freakishly enjoyed. I wanted to be a pilot because I love flying and freedom and open spaces. The cityscape of Los Angeles, while vibrant is starting to close in on me. On a summer's night, lying out on the lawn with a daughter on each arm, we can't see the meteor showers, and that is unacceptable. I am loyal. I persevere. I can spell preserve without spell check. I love old languages and slightly older women. Finding solutions to interesting problems is one of my specialities. My art influences are Odd Nedrum, HR Giger, Wayne Barlowe, Stanislav Szukalski, Moebius, Shel Silverstein and Dr. Seuss. Also, I like chocolate.
