I have always been an animal lover both wild and domesticated and living as I do now in Devon I am surrounded by beautiful countryside sustaining a wealth of subject matter.

I only really started photography in 2009 having painted my subjects in watercolour previously and saw photography as a way of obtaining and keeping a library of wildlife to paint in watercolour once I retired which I was lucky enough to do this year (2014) .

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for looking and commenting on my photographs as it is very much appreciated always.

Please do not hesitate or be afraid to offer any constructive criticism on my pictures in your comments as I am far from perfect and enjoy the learning curve in the hope of continued improvement.
