Thank you so much thiswasmeantforyou for sharing a part of your life with the flickr community. Your photostream and especially the portraits amazed me in so many ways. The great compositions, the wast variety, the strong expressions, the stretching of boundaries,. I have never spent as much time with a photostream as with this, and can just recommend to watch the slideshows. Every picture, each set and the entire stream are such an enjoyable real piece of art ;-) I am I love with the honest reflection of the battle with the de-personalised and cold hearted society, where expression of care and love is disconnect and wrong instead of being welcoming and true. I admire the diverse ways of portraying yourself (and your beautiful nose) ;-) This stream seems to be on a break (hopefully) and I can't wait for the day to see your portrait appearing in my contacts ;-) Thank you very much Lynn, I wish you all the best on your journey, Dennis

The first glimpse of Lynn I remember was on her day 19. She slapped a post-it note on her forehead, told the world about her money problems and made Explore. Needless to say, I was impressed...not at the fact she was Explored, because who really cares? thiswasmeantforyou I was impressed by the upfront honesty that she conveyed to a group of people she'd known for less than 3 weeks. I was impressed with the way she told a story that took years to happen and one photograph to rectify. Since that day I have followed her stream religiously. Her photos convey all the emotions of sadness, happiness, frustration, anger, relief and hardship in the most captivating of ways, even though the "about" page of her blog (yes, i lurk) states that she "is useless with a camera". She is far from useless in all facets. If any of us had to go through what she's been through, it might be impossible for us to even pick the camera up, let alone create brilliance with it. Thank you Lynn...for being who you REALLY are.
