graduated from Yamaha Technical Academy in Japan in 1991, focusing on both woodwind and brasswind repair with a reputable music store for 9 years. After relocating to the US in 1999, he quickly gained the reputation as a top-tier woodwind technician in the New York tri-state area and beyond. Tomoji's client list includes members of the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, New York Philharmonic Orchestra and Philadelphia Orchestra, as well as many other top orchestral and jazz musicians from the US and abroad. Tomoji serves as Senior AR & Product development Specialist for Yamaha Artist Services, Inc. in New York City. In his role at Yamaha, Tomoji not only serves the needs of world class artists, but is also regularly involved in the ongoing research and development activities for Yamaha Custom-level woodwinds.
