I'm Thilak Basnayaka of Thilak kitchen founder & Chef

Currently, I am working as a part-time chef at the Embassies in Washington DC & Mikko Cafe in DC.

You may know me from the Royal Danish Embassy, Tokyo, where I worked as the executive chef. I left my position at the embassy because I moved to Washington DC in July 2018 and I wanted the chance to touch the hearts of more people with my diplomatic culinary experience food.

Now I have my own cooking program as a personal Chef & catering. I would like to offer my new service cook at your residence all kind of parties & events for you.
