Mark is a Australian based performing arts photographer. While experienced in dance, music and theatre based shooting, he specialises in Circus.

Working with traditional and contemporary circus performers, Mark looks for that different perspective. Face to face with a lion, harnessed up a king pole, inside a globe of death or atop a catchers cradle, Mark is keen to mix it up in the unique environment of circus. Having taken his first circus photos in 2010, Mark was instantly hooked with shooting this wonderful art form and having experienced over 200 circus shoots, he has packed a lot of circus into this time.

Mark was lead photographer at 2017's Australian Circus Festival as well as being part of the imagery team for the most recent Mullum Circus Festival and Mark has been employed by many touring circus shows from Europe and America to capture the essence of the circus performance through his stunning imagery.

Mark has also been a mainstay within the Australian Circus industry for many years capturing live performances across a broad spectrum of performer. From small scale, one-person shows through to theatre filling performances and full houses in big tops around the country.
