The Transit Center: Art and Production Gallery is a creative services provider located in the Metro Los Angeles, California area that also offers arts-mentorship and guidance to "at-risk" youth aged 16–21 years old through an intense internship/mentorship program made possible by The Transit Center's nonprofit programming.

Our creative services are comprehensive for customers seeking to achieve high levels of unique artistry in their designs, and our arts-mentorship/internship program is a direct investment in the youth of our community.

This vision for a unique creative services provider and arts-based nonprofit comes from the mind of long-time artist and writer, Luis Antonio Pichardo, who has

worked in nonprofits for his entire adult life, and has been a director/administrator of work-readiness and arts-based nonprofit programs for most of his career.

A gallery directly associated with The Transit Center is used to showcase and sell the artwork of arts-mentors and the youth whom they teach in the various creative services The Transit Center provides. The creative services which are rendered at The Transit Center include graphic design (print and web), photography, music and video production, and publishing, which also includes custom, hand-made book structure design and publishing.

All of these services are available individually or as part of a full package, thereby making The Transit Center a one-stop shop that meets the needs of micro-enterprises, artists and entertainers, art enthusiasts, and the "at-risk" youth of the Los Angeles community.
