By day I am a mild mannered physicist working on esoteric subjects such as quantum cryptography. Away from work I like to be a bit more normal, and photography is so much easier to talk about than physics! I have been amazed, impressed and enthused by the quality of photos on flickr and wanted to be a part of it. I can say honestly that it has changed my life. Once I discovered Flickr I started to take photography more seriously and then it has developed into trying to sell photos through stock photography websites.

I've tried to be a little eclectic in my choice of postings. I don't like to be pinned down to one type of photography.

I really appreciate people taking the time to look at my photos, and if you are able to comment then so much the better. I genuinely think that I am taking better photographs now than ever before,so thanks to all those whose inspiration has helped.
