I first took a good look at Cult Gigolo's photostream after he favorited one of my photos. I was unprepared for the sheering force of his talent. A string of adjectives come to mind that still seem somehow inadequate: edgy, powerful, provocative, candid, uninhibited, sometimes frightening, sometimes erotic, and always enthralling. They often have the look of the spontaneous capture of a moment, yet there seems to be a hint of some intention, some premeditation behind them. His photos are an itch that can't be scratched enough, a "tooth that nibbles at the soul." I find myself going back to them again and again. I believe the man's a genius.

Then there is Cult Gigolo, the handsome Jason, whose works always leave me speechlessly pleased and panting for the emotions, the feelings, the melanchony, the desperate sadness of some situations and sets, mixed with a sensuality that has no equal. EASILY my favorite photographer i've seen on Flickr. his ability to capture vibe and feeling is a "born with it" type talent. I enjoy that his photos capture my imagination and make me try to look at them different ways. Some photos are incredibly provocative and bold, so much i may normally recoil, but his ability to turn it into beautiful ART is a talent, a gift. His work challenges me to step outside myself and i love that. I am in awe. Thank you for sharing and inspiring.
