Therese goes to the zoo and brings back the spirit of the animals that live there. Her photos allowed me to look into the eyes of gorilla, dolphin, cougar, tiger and see so much character. The eyes of the cougar has stayed in my mind. They are so alert, outward looking... many human eyes look inward, have lost that alert quality. It made me very conscious of my way of being. Now that is a great photograph.
