ART AT THE RENDON is an ongoing series of creative programs featuring musical performances, lectures, artist residencies and film screenings designed to celebrate and support the arts.

In keeping with the rich history of the site, ART AT THE RENDON seeks to continue fostering creativity in the Downtown Los Angeles Arts District by generating a dynamic space for art, performance and celebration as well as rest and contemplation.

Programming kicked off in June 2018 with HIDDEN ROOMS, a multi-sensory, immersive event that activated the entire space for a single weekend. Utilizing all three levels of the building, HIDDEN ROOMS, curated by Cindy Schwarzstein of Cartwheel Art, featured over 50 artists, muralists, musicians and performers, and transformed every corner of THE RENDON into an interactive community-centric installation. HIDDEN ROOMS is just the beginning of what will be an ongoing presentation of cultural programs hosted at THE RENDON.
