Really, I'd rather let the pics do the talking and rather be behind the lens--but I'll take anything art, or of cultural significance. And kicking the ball around or icing the puck I wouldn't mind. ;)

 

I tend to stick with a bunch of things and if I get bored I move on to the next. Thanks for looking!

Update 2/1/2011:

Events and art photos only. There will be a few journalist-style shots but very few sport, save for the baseball Giants/Athletics. I won't add any people from here on out unless I know you in person, and/or have a flickr pro account or equivalent such as pbase or smugmug (my soccer/photo friends I know in person are exempt on that part), and/or share any photos (especially people not in my various networks). The amateur shots (the ones usually crude and might not have a pro account) will most likely take a pass here (though they might look good in Victoria Street down in SoCal)--go on, nothing to look here.

 

I don't block people but I'll let this quote from katielee stand: "i wish all human beings operated with dignity and respect for others, but sadly this isn't the case. (Classless people) beware." I accept all constructive/critical/academic takes to improve(self taught/more for the craft) but the usual comments that don't contribute will be treated accordingly. In other words treat people as the old line says.

 

If you're into culture, anime, music, and sport (time permitting) expect a bit more fun and revelry here. =)

Shifting the focus of the site towards art, cultural/social events-festivals, and pop culture. There may be some sport-related items but those will be rare for this calendar year.

Fidgeting with the controls here--more emphasis on events and street fairs. Photography is an evolving art and when one genre or subject matter has been exhausted, it's a good time to shift to other topics. Feel free to look around but it's mostly art, events, sports, and culture. Enjoy!

 

Update 6/15/2009:

Limiting the friends list to anyone who is into sport, art, culture, music, the San Fran/Oakland/San Jose scene, and others of interest. Family is just that--need to be as such--just typical boring gatherings and the like--real family pics like the music recital, graduation, wedding, relaxing with the relatives, and so forth. If there's something that requires being hidden behind a cut a guest pass link will be on the set page for those items NSFW or offline. Thanks.

 

Update 8/7/2008:

Very much everything is sport, art, or event related. There may be the rare off-the-wall event or standoffish/NSFW pic but otherwise it's PG material. Simple maxim--treat people the way you want to be treated.

 

From here on out--it's mostly soccer-football/baseball, and the occasional cultural/music event.
