If you wonder why I have blocked you it is likely because I am blocking people who make me a contact when they have nothing in their photostream to reciprocate with or have a "lego-like" icon. Ditto with favourites and comments. I'm also not too happy when people add tags to my images. Sometimes I can see the reason for this but at other times it just gets up my nose. I also block people who add my images to a gallery when they have no pictures of their own viewable to everyone.

You may also notice that whilst early images may have a CC licence all my later images have been uploaded with full copyright protection - all rights reserved. I regret this but it is because I was getting requests for use of images by commercial concerns (including that wretched despicable taxpayer-supported institution known as the BBC). Clearly a large number of commercial companies, often flying a charitable or educational label, are trawling through Flickr in the hope of getting images for free. They apparently do not understand the meaning of "non-commercial" in the particular CC license I was using.
