The Parfait Café is a collaborative project featuring craft design, sewing, and other whimsies from the Parfait family.

Madame Parfait:

When I am not fighting off monsters in the closet or being acting toy train conductor for the afternoon, you can find me at my sewing machine attempting to create something fanciful and fun. If I’m not there, try the kitchen. Or the couch. Most likely the couch. Sleeping. ^_^ I am a full time Mama and wife, part time crafter and baker, and lifetime daydreamer of all things sweet and whimsical.

Mister Parfait:

Little Mister:

Enjoys trains, cars, and chocolate. And sneaking into the sewing room to press all the buttons on Mama’s sewing machine, and “organizing” fabric!

Little Mademoiselle:

Also enjoys sleeping. On the couch.

I love Flickr for all the wonderful quilt and craft groups full of inspiration! I have been sewing for many years, and entered the world of quilting a few years back. I have many quilt tops, blocks, and other small quilt items I have made, but I have only actually “quilted” a few. I love modern, Japanese, and pastry fabrics! My two favorite fabric lines of all time are Mendocino by Heather Ross and Neptune by Tula Pink.
