I am a photographer/designer working primarily in the world of weddings and lifestyle portraits. After photo school I took a job in Los Angeles as a studio manager for an amazingly talented commercial photographer that changed my life, but the commute from Santa Barbara to Los Angeles everyday was hell, so I only lasted a year...and that is a run-on sentence (I did not go to school for English, you see). I left in April of 2006 to do my own thing full time, and though it has been challenging it has also been extremely rewarding. Beyond photography I enjoy painting, drawing, collaging, sewing, crafting, fashion, mid century modern decor, and anything vintage.
