The Olive Press is the most highly awarded California Olive Oil producer. Dedicated to making only the finest Award-Winning California Extra Virgin Olive Oil, it is a completely unique facility designed to meet the custom pressing needs of commercial producers, growers with small harvests, and hobbyists wishing to create “estate” olive oil from home grown olives.

The Olive Press was created in 1995 by Deborah Rogers (Marquesa) and Ed Stolman, both California olive growers and producers who were inspired by the olive pressing facilities of Italy and Southern France. Our impressive state-of-the-art Pieralisi processing equipment makes all of this possible.
