Living in San Francisco got me interested in photography, unsurprisingly. Getting a digital camera also played a big role - not only was it educational, it was positively liberating to stop developing bad photo after bad photo! So these days I love to take pictures whenever I get a chance. After shooting for several years with a Canon A520, I transitioned to Canon G9 in March 2008. And then in the fall of 2009, I myself transitioned from San Francisco to the Maryland/DC area. A new photographic adventure to be sure!
