The Magoma Project is based on social and organic agriculture training, microfinance and infrastructure plans. The goal is to improve the productivity and/or profitability of subsistence farmers in Africa so that each family can meet their daily needs through their own work over the medium to long term.

The projects will be ledby a partnership of Tanzanian, American and Brazilian citizens working together to establish an agricultural development project. The leadership team draws on the talents of bright young graduates, who are highly motivated to exercise true autonomy in developing their own project.
