Since 2012, TLC continues to build reputation for holding itself to the highest standards possible for quality in early learning. Now recognized as a thought leader in early childhood education and child care, TLC uses its collective voice to advocate for policy changes, programming and funding to support the children and families we serve. Beyond Head Start, TLC is working to share lessons learned and best practices with providers across the community in addition to fostering innovation within its own programs.
