I received an M.F.A. from The George Washington University in 2006, and a B.A. from Roanoke College in 2000. My studies focused on various media including: Painting, Sculpture, Video, Structural and Environmental Installations, and “New Media”

 

I taught watercolor 1, drawing 1 and introduction to computer art at The George Washington University. I now teach Photography at Virginia Western Community College and have taught adult education art courses at The Guy Mason Center in Washington DC.

 

To accompany my graduate thesis; in 2005 I presented a show at the Dimock Gallery entitled Faith Healer , investigating the relation between Physiological practices, cultural ritual, private acts and religious ceremony.
