The Fashion Class began in 2010 as an after-school program offered to private New York city schools. After a popular first year and even more popular second (with new schools added to our list each term) The Fashion Class began offering classes outside of schools so that any students could learn to sew and design despite where they attended school.

We now offer classes in Midtown Manhattan, Merrick Long Island, UES and Brooklyn for children and teenagers ages 6 through 18 years.

Our classes include fashion drawing, art + design, craft making, accessory design, sewing and fashion design. All supplies are included in our fee and all students keep their creations. Our sessions end with a fashion show and gallery event where our students model and showcase the clothing, accessories, and artwork they’ve created throughout the year.

Our founder, Kerri Quigley, is a Brooklyn native and graduate of Parsons School of Design, she also teaches many of the classes and loves to run the fashion shows!
