Dejathoris, Guavious, and Mrs. Spiderman have been casually costuming for the past decade, taking out their hard earned time on Halloween while finding no real satisfaction in the degradation that has become Halloween.. Sigh...

Over the past ten years of so, their level of geekery increased tenfold when casually watching the “Fifth Element” and realizing that they had the workings of becoming the Greatest Group Costume EVER. So off they went, building away, pulling together bits and pieces (and arguing over the “band aids costume vs. Orange Suspenders frequently).

Since 2010 however, the vibe shifted from “what are we doing for Halloween?” to “Where can we see more costumes? And meet more of the Hive Mind?” We’d gone to some local Conventions with not much success... I guess we’re just a bunch of demanding nerds (Mrs Spiderman refers to the groups strong-mindedness as ‘bully nerds’). Off the trio went to Norwescon in Seattle, WA over the Easter long weekend in 2011 and participated in their first ever Masquerade...We were a bunch of nerves and hid out in the corner for most of the prep time. However we learned some valuable, valuable lessons! And we made some amazing friends out there!

We tend to lean towards group costumes, as we like the depth that gives us into our work...Now we’re off and running, focusing our efforts on bettering our detailing, and taking classes while discovering new mediums for costuming, follow us along, won ‘t you?
