Having travelled musical galaxies for many eons, Cosmonauts have landed on planet Earth bearing the fruits of their interplanetary quest for outstanding tuneage.

Firmly making their mark on the intergalactic disco scene, with an emphasis on Total Feeling, their music flips the boundary between tripped out balearic house and modern disco, whether it be their own production or djing in the nightclubs..

2009 was a busy year for Cosmonauts, already notching up a handful of performances at Ministry of Sound, Glastonbury, Dance Valley-Amsterdam, Creamfields-Liverpool and the now infamous New Years Eve party at Arma 17 in Moscow, Russia..the venue burnt down hours after they finished playing….

The schedule in 2010 continued with the launch of their monthly residency 'Spacestation' at Ministry of Sound. Cosmonauts have keenly programmed the night and decor for this intergalactic extravaganza. Notable guest have included Villa, Faze Action, The Revenge with the awesome Pete Herbert for the last one of 2010. Watch this space..

A flurry of key festival performances over the summer included a powerful set on the Saturday night at Glastonbury's Glade Stage.

Currently blackholed up in the studio, things are looking good for Cosmonauts. Their first release 'El Toro' came out on the uber cool Italian label Disco Volante in August, with some amazing remixes from Rayko,Cloned In Vatican and Atomic Man among others.

Championed by Vito De Luca from Aeroplane (the 'Italo Dub Mix' features on his August Chart mix &Trax Magazine covermount mix) and also receiving plays from Bottin, Ajello, Ichisan and Sare Havlicek and Leftside Wobble. Pete Tong even featured El Toro (Italo Dub) in the Wonderments section of his The Essential Selection show on 8th Oct.. And two weeks later on 22nd Oct, El Toro was the Essential New Tune contender..

'Disco Biscuit' is the new single. The 'Alternative Mix' can be heard at the beginning their MoS 19th Birthday mix and you can hear the new 'Italian Version' in Total Feeling 2-their last mix of 2010.

This mix also debuts their Italo Dub remix of Politeca-WKOWDYW
