In 2008 I took a Wilton cake decorating class with my sister- in- law. Our instructor brought pictures of some decorated sugar cookies she made and I was in awe. I decided last summer that I wanted to give cookies a try. After one batch of dough and royal icing, I was hooked. I have never had a hobby that I have enjoyed as much as this. It seems like there is always an occasion to make cookies!
