WCPE is a non-commercial, independent, listener-supported station dedicated to excellence in classical music broadcasting. In fact, mission is to make Great Classical Music available to the public 24 hours a day. We conduct two major on-air fundraising campaigns per year to raise needed operating funds; the other 50 weeks the year are devoted to classial music programming, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
