I'm groundsman in 42 acres of grounds belonging to Ufton Court Educational Trust, in a Tudor Manor house in Berkshire.

I enjoy the outdoors, history and manual skills - and try to capture some of these in my photos.

I'm very much an amateur photographer, so it's nice to have people appreciate one's efforts.

I like to try different techniques and have acquired a number of different lenses.

I generally appreciate quality equipment rather than the latest gizmos etc. Therefore (and because it's only a hobby) most of my equipment is second hand.
