I'm a mostly laid-back guy who builds and fixes electronic equipment to make a living. I particularly like building and repairing audio amplifiers, especially tube (valve) amplifiers used in musical production and reproduction.
I also repair computers, and have an interest in FOSS, and use GNU/Linux as a computer OS. Have a fair amount of experience configuring, maintaining and repairing home client-type computers.
I also enjoy keyboard instruments, have a Hammond Organ (specially modified L-103) and enjoy trying to play it.
I also am an avid cyclist, and in the summer I put anywhere from 120-150 miles (200-240 km) on the bike in a week. My bike isn't special, it's a worn Pacific that has been welded and patched back together many times. I get my money's worth from my bikes.
I am a big music lover, and enjoy Alt/Indie rock, some classic and 80's rock, 60's/70's Motown, Mainstream and modern Jazz, Latin Jazz and classical types of music.
Also have an interest in nutrition, due to physical issues I am forced to eat well and embrace it.
