Why being lefthanded sucks/rocks:
well, it usually means you don't use your left brain as much and I need that sometimes. It's easier to type. I have an excuse for my craptastic handwriting. I get a different perspective when drawing. I have to use scissors with my right hand b/c i'm too lazy to find left-handed scissors.
Which fragrances you believe are overrated:
they're all overrated, other than being allergic, I just don't think most purfumes smell all that nice. If you think you smell bad, put on some deoderant and spare me.
Favorite movie of all-time and why:
God, that's just- ... I hate this question. It really depends what mood I'm in. Some days it's Pieces of April, the next it might be Penelope. In the end though, I think it really is The Nightmare Before Christmas. Stop-motion is true art and Henry Selick does everything wholeheartedly which just makes his films so much more enjoyable. Add to that the genius music of Danny Elfman the Great and a story only Tim Burton himself could come up w/ and you have the definition of a masterpiece. I can't get sick of watching it b/c there's always something else, be it a background noise in one of the songs I never noticed or some funky texture in the backdrop.
Who and What influences your personal style?:
well, I don't want to say everything, but....yeah. Designers like Betsy Johnson and Marc Jacobs are nothing short of amazing. I ♥ the 80s with a sad, neon-pink passion. I've also had a life-long love affair with costumes. From Lord of the Rings in general and Padme Amidala's ENTIRE wardrobe, to pretty much everything in Marie Antoinette and all the Star Trek: Next Generation costumes I saw at a science museum in Nashville. I'd also have to say that my art has a lot to do with my style. They're symbiotic in a way. My art discribes my personal style, my thoughts, my feelings, and vice-vesrsa... if that makes any sense. I'm very attached to my belongings, they complete me. Books I read and songs I listen to, they all shape me, changing me and my style from day to day. I'm never the same from one moment to the next....
