THAKUR DALIP SINGH, AIIPC, ARPS Thakur Dalip Singh son of Maharaj Bir Singh ji was born on 5th August, 1953, at village Sri Bhaini Sahib in the district of Ludhiana, Punjab (INDIA). He is the nephew of His Holiness Sri Satguru Jagjit Singh Ji, Supreme Spiritual Head of Namdhari Sikhs.

His father introduced him to photography in childhood. Later on, refinement in the art was taught by His Holiness Sri Satguru ji. Full involvement in photography was initiated in 1977.

“BHIRTPUR BIRD PARADISE” A book with superb pictures by him is a good collection showing his expertise. Many other books are also illustrated with his superb images like “Jungle Life Of India”, “Birds Of India”, Handbook Of Birds Of India And Nepal” etc. "Kaziranga Inheritage", "Animal Encyclopeadia", "Karnataka Wild life".
