I'm pretty new to photography, I bought my Nikon D5100 11/2011, I have the 18-55mm kit lens and a Nikon 35mm f/1.8 AF-S DX. Prior to that I had a D40 which never made it out of Auto... So after hours upon hours of Youtube videos, I am now in manual mode permanently. It's cool teaching yourself how to do something.
