I started out with a Olympus E-510 back in 2008, A E-620 in 2009 and as of Feb 2011, a Canon EOS 60D.

I enjoy photography and the challenges involved. Even if I'm not the best, someone will always like my work, even if just a little. It's not about how much money you can throw at it, so others have no way of competing. It's an art, taking what the mind's eye sees and translating it to where others can perceive the same thing.

For quite a few, we have our day jobs, we don't shot photos for a living, we don't have the mega bucks for the best glass, lights and other accessories. Again, it's about the art.
