Director of The Trademark Group Terry McMillan is a well-established property developer, who has more than 30 years of experience in the industry. As Director of The Trademark Group, Mr McMillan has built a reputation as an expert in his field, leading his company through the wildly varied market conditions of the past few decades to establish a successful group of companies.

Terry McMillan’s company initially traded as Trademark Homes Ltd, with the business evolving over the past twenty years to become The Trademark Group – a group of companies that focus on investment, development and trade stock. Approved by the FCA in the UK, Mr McMillan has worked tirelessly to ensure that his company is well-respected within the industry, and his industry credit rating is the result of his passion and determination.

Amongst the many projects completed by The Trademark Group, it was an important and influential voice in the redevelopment of Southwark, the London Borough on the south of the river. As a result of his success with the project, Mr McMillan was invited to join the Court Leet of The Kings Manor, where he has been a member for the past 20 years.

Terry McMillan holds a number of other directorship roles for companies that include Myseasafe, the London Regional Alliance, and Trademark Insurance. Outside of work, Mr McMillan enjoys watching and playing rugby. He also sponsors a number of sports organisations, such as the Old Colfeians Cougars and the Old Colfeians Hornets – both rugby teams – as well as the Blackheath football team and former GB 100m sprinter Tremayne Gilling.
