About Me: I'm a pisces, through and through. In case you don't follow astrology at all, this means that I'm indecisive, creative, and often in dreamland.

 

I just gave birth to my first child, a son named Patrick Eugene, on June 22, 2006. That day was one of the single most fulfilling days of my life.

 

I run my own business, I have multiple personal domains that I try to keep updated, and I play on flickr for fun. I drink lots of tea, I'm a neat freak, and I can't stand when people do not know the proper use of an apostrophe. (ie: I really like your photo's. AARRGH!!)

 

I love tattoos and am contemplating my next one. Magnolias are my favorite flowers and I live for naps. I am a natural redhead and I enjoy being a girly-girl.

History: I have been in love with taking photos since I did a project in 6th grade where we had to walk around for a week and capture our lives in images. We had specific things to include, and then general ideas to capture in photos. It was a great project and while I can't tell you what grade I got on it I can tell you that it inspired me.

 

In highschool I was a photographer for the school newspaper. I loved developing the film in the darkroom and watching my images come to life.

 

I didn't get my first digital camera until 2002, can you even believe it?! I was attached to my old film camera and playing around with different film speeds and different film types. However, it didn't take long at all for me to fall in love with the digital side of things. :)

 

I just replaced my Sony CyberShot S-45 with a Sony Cybershot DSC-W80. I'm not here to be a professional photographer so I don't have any fancy equipment. I just like to shoot family pics and the like so what I have is perfect for me! Anything more fancy / complicated just overwhelms me!!
