... and this one step becomes thousands of others´steps of beating life around me and my shadow, parallel to so many hides, but speaks without a sound; and it screams for herself, unique in the space of our tangible reality. It screams for it´s humanity, and when encountered by all these other shadows becomes one with them, in a collective existence. Parallel lives, separate ways, and there, so many stories.

Art, individual but collective examinations; individual because they are born from our personal experience, our vision of the world and our desires, collective because it expresses emotions that connect us with the rest of humanity. It is the search of what is beyond our social, material reality. It is finding spirituality in the Being, the beginning of history, what separates us from the animal world: our conscience, our creative ability. Art gives the world this space without time, where the medium of expression does not surpass the capacity of emotion of the beholder; where the process of creation becomes the purpose itself...

I studied Fine Arts in Puebla, México from 1999 to 2004, with an exchange in Barcelona, Spain focused on Illustration, Painting and Experimental Photography. My profession is my life, I believe creating is living every second and learning from it. My work is strong and rough at times, which contrasts with my way to interact with the world. There is always the element of high contrast, in photography I will always look for dense shadows in lighted colors. I´ve come to realize that I find a poetic element in the contemporary human life. Massive consuming, the daily routine, the disconnection of people; the whole waste of spirituality disguised in materialism. This is my motive.
