i'm really bored or i would probably never fill in this profile, because talking about yourself is probably the most awkward experience in the world.

i'm fitz. i'm 24 (as of november 2008) and i work in educational publishing in melbourne, australia. i am a nerd and the idea of doing normal social things like going to clubs horrifies me, so i am at home at 10:30 on a friday night filling out a profile on flickr.

i'm totally amateur and more or less photographically illiterate. i bought a digital SLR because i love photos and i love messing around with anything that involves making things pretty, but technical stuff is generally beyond me. my best friend patiently explained aperture settings to me while i stared at her blankly and played with the zoom lens. she is the best.

my photostream is mostly full of photos of my cats. because they're totally awesome.
