The Community Programme at FACT is a part of the Collaboration Programme a 19-year old stream of programme which works to explore the possibilities of community-based artists practice across the North West region.

The programme mostly focusses on work with adults and specialises in older people exploring the ageing process through Life Long Learning, digital inclusion and combating loneliness and the challenges of ageing. The programme includes the archive and legacy of the influential community media project tenantspin.
