I was born in Denver but grew up in Washington State. After graduating from Central Washington University in 1998 with a BA in print journalism I moved to Seattle. I spent the next seven years working for two public relations firms - Parker LePla and Waggener Edstrom. In 2005 I moved to Breckenridge, CO to teach snowboarding. I switched to teleskiing in 2007. Now I'm "living the life" in the Rocky Mountains, skiing 150 days a season, mountain biking, rafting and backpacking in the summer, and photographing my experiences. I typically find myself in places where many people can never be and I like to show those places through my photos.
