FOREWORD
Flickr is for fun; for sharing of interests and things that make us excited by means of artistic and technical tools offered by photography. It is not a church or a similar system devised to punish people. Some don't get it. They take it toooooo seriously. Flickr is not devised to satisfy some admins suppressed instincts or subconscious deviations. If you are one of those guys please don't add me as a contact; don't invite my photos to your groups. There is enough idiots in the world. I prefer to live with fellows who are in favour of living in a better world far from the idiocracy carved in our lives by religions, ideologies, political or social tricks, etc. How about this instead: Let's be friendlier : )
WHO I AM
I am a professional photographer shooting portraits, editorial, fashion, and commercial work. I studied Graphic Design at the university. Then, I worked in the advertising industry in big companies e.g., Bozell Worldwide, Euro RSCG, and Publicis as an art director. This gave me the opportunity to work with high-class photographers. I've learnt a lot from them. Thank you guys! And, I keep my eyes open to see what other people do today—technically and artistically. Flickr is my casual photography platform. Simply said, I enjoy taking photos semi-professionally, and sharing them.
On the one hand, I respect and appreciate the classical approach; a path opened by masters of photography carved by light, which entails a perfectionist vision, technical skills, and experience; on the other hand, I find it exciting what the digital technology offers us. Eventually, it starts and ends inside one's head.
The digital photography has started the revolutionary era or stream in the realm of photography as the electric guitar did in 1960's in music (a shift from the way playing guitar as an acoustic instrument towards the new sounds it can make). It did not kill the acoustic guitar; it added a new dimension.
Photography is a language, it has its own reality; its result is not what we perceive and as we perceive the world around us. One has access only after having learnt it (to be able to see)—as has been proven by studies. I don't understand why some people are so conservative/scant about the restrictions of the camera as it delivers the image. Unless one has a photo-journalistic duty (testifying a real moment that has happened) it is not a necessity at all. On the contrary, it can be more valuable if one adds his/her own visual interpretation to it. In that respect, I find photography (except the photojournalism) closer to the poetry rather than the prose. This is what opens up the possibility for photography to be able to enter into the realm of art. Otherwise, it is just a technical application, just a craft.

Other interests: Painting, music (bass player), tennis, scuba, reading (no bestsellers).
By the way, I mark the locations, where the photos were taken, on the Flickr's map—if anybody is interested in a location for taking a shot from a different point of view.
AN IMPORTANT REQUEST:
—————————————
If you have time feel free to write couple of meaningful sentences other than expressions like "I like it" or "nice shot", for no one benefits from your comment unless you explain why this is 'good' or 'bad'—I mean; please try to say something that has a communication value rather than a blank and barren expression of personal taste. I believe that there is a lot to learn from each other. This is one of the main reasons why we communicate, isn't it?
—————————————
