he Forum shall be the umbrella organization of Kuwait Chapters of Alumni Associations of all the Engineering Colleges that are existing as of 1.4.2000 and that are likely to come in future, located in Tamil Nadu, duly approved by Government of Tamil Nadu and All India Council for Technical Education.
