I have been interested in photography since my childhood but mainly took photos for family and holiday reasons. Only after I bought a DSLR for my 60th birthday I have taken photography more serious. When I discovered the fantastic possibilities of the digital workflow and the wealth of information and exchange of ideas in the internet, I was hooked and photography developed to my main hobby. After my retirement three years later, I also have more time for it.
I have a broad interest in photography with special attention to nature, architecture and travel photography. I try to capture the beautiful and the remarkable.
