TEDxSoweto is a conference - an open ended platform for self expression and collaboration. It is also the focal point of a broad-based community of connections and relations - an interdependent network of peers, partners, champions, activists and heroes - held together by a common desire to help create a better future through the power of ideas. Above all, TEDxSoweto reflects the core belief that while individuals can make a difference, when they act together they can effect real change.
