In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx, which is a local, self-organized event that brings people together to share a TED-like experience.

NID Bangalore is organizing one such TEDx event called TEDxNIDBangalore, where x= independently organized TED event. Live speakers, TEDTalks and performances are the key highlights of this event.

This year’s theme of TEDxNIDBangalore is related to three ideas that are redefining India - Modernity, Change, Masses. We will be showcasing compelling and fresh ideas, tools and technology that have brought positive change to the masses, spanning across boundaries, balancing tradition and modernity.

We at TEDxNIDBangalore believe in the power of ideas to change attitudes, lives and ultimately, the world. TEDxNIDBangalore provides a platform for people to get inspired by these innovative ideas and be motivated to become the future change agents of society.
