I was injured in a work accident in February 2012 & placed on disability due to multiple failed back surgeries. In summer 2013 I was given a Canon 30D & a couple kit lenses for a family trip from California to Iowa. We traveled through Idaho, Yellowstone, Deadwood & more. I found the photography gave me back some things I lost. I was able to stay close to nature, the outdoors & surfing & gained a new perspective through a lens.

I have since updated my gear to a Canon 80D. Canon EF 24-105 USM, 100-400mm, 70-300 & 50mm.
