As a Geologist employeed by a ground engineering and environmental consulting firm, I am fortunate to travel to some unique and beautiful places as part of my job. Whether at work or play, I always have a camera on hand to capture amazing scenery and images whenever possible. I've been able to travel to such beautiful and diverse locales as Colorado (one of my favorite states), Argentina, California, Alberta, Montana and many more and have spent time in Wyoming, Colorado and Utah to round out my educational background.

I have been taking photos for years but have recently discovered the DSLR camera world and have been trying new techniques and styles. It seems that with such a vast world of open space and an increasing world population that there is not enough time to photograph everything.
