Tech Centre Manchester, an initiative by Manoj Ranaweera of Techcelerate and edocr.com with commercial property giant Bruntwood, has evolved as a result of growth of the Tech Ecosystem pioneered by Techcelerate in the Northern England.

In 2010, UK Government acknowledged the importance of tech ecosystems by pledging its support to Silicon Roundabout in London. With Tech Centre Manchester, Techcelerate has a new mission; turn Manchester and the North West Region to be the first choice international destination for setting up and growing Internet and Mobile Tech businesses.
